In 2023, with the resurrection of Bear Drilling a new passion has emerged for our industry, an industry that has been anticipating a change in the right direction. Our focus rests significantly on reducing our impact on the environment while keeping our costs down in anticipation of the next market swing.

At present, we are upgrading 3 AC Triples to deploy in Q1 of 2024 for a large Canadian Producer and in contracts to deploy another 5-10 tier-1 rigs. Multiple producers are requesting tier-1 rigs supporting the case to hire a new drilling company that is new to the market. We are focused on acquiring long-term contracts in the US and Canada. The acquisition of additional rigs is required to meet customer timelines.

Our strategy is simple, we are taking older class drilling rigs and turning them into tier-1 assets. This is a process of updating them with the latest technology available and utilizing greener horse-power. This strategy will lower our cost per rig, and allow us to push forward with an aggressive growth strategy in some key and strategic geographical regions with very strong demand.

Our founder, Adrian Lachance, who over a 40-year career also founded, helped to build and lead a series of very successful oilfield services businesses:

(2) Victory Rig Equipment Corporation (sold to Trinidad Drilling in 2008)
(3) Electric Horsepower Inc. (founded in 2015)
(4) Drive Rental (sold to Cahill Services in 2017)
(5) Recently founded SNAP Oil Exploration
(6) Recently founded Bear Drilling Ltd.
